Our Process
Following your “Discovery Meeting” with Your Team, Mann Mortgage’s Lending Team will reach out and explain Buildqual. They’ll listen to your financial goals and help verify your Credit, Income, and Assets to issue your certificate. Once you have your Buildqual, you’ll know how much you qualify for (imperative prior to signing contracts), how this amount can increase/decrease if there are changes in your Credit, Income and Assets through the build process, and what’s expected from you through closing (i.e. cash to close, monthly payments, projected interest rate, etc.). The Lending Team will be your bridge from building to living at the grove.
What is Buildqual?
Buildqual is a conventional assessment of your credit, income, and assets for the purpose of qualifying for a take-out mortgage loan following the completion of your new build. It’s a specialized certificate required by the grove prior to making your housing selections. Through Buildqual, you’ll receive access to our Mann Mortgage Lending Team. They’ll check-in with you every month (at minimum) to ensure when it’s time to move-in, your closing process is as breezy as the wind flowing through your San Juan Mountain meadows. Mann Mortgage will work in tandem with your realtor, developer, builder, designer, procurement team, title company, and other affiliated parties to provide solidarity through the build process and beyond.
